How the price is determined

First the scope, then the estimate

We discuss the goal, review the project and agree what needs to be done. The estimate reflects complexity, integrations, timeline and the scope of work.

If the task changes, the scope and price are discussed separately.

  1. 01

    Task complexity

Logic, user flows, performance and reliability requirements.

  2. 02

    Project condition

Code quality, documentation, dependencies and the current environment.

  3. 03

    Integrations

The number of services, API capabilities and data exchange requirements.

  4. 04

    Timeline

The target launch date and whether the work can be delivered in stages.

  5. 05

    Agreed scope

Included work, expected deliverables and agreed completion criteria.
